Each full-time employee is a member of the Employee Provident Fund Scheme and is governed by the provisions of the Employee Provident Fund Act and Rules framed there under.
Gratuity is paid to all team members on full-time employment with the Company, as per the rules laid down under The Payment of Gratuity Act and as amended from time to time.
Team members receive medical reimbursements as a part of their compensation package and are structured in line with respective grades.
Leaves and leave allowances dependant on grade.
The Company provides a Medical Insurance policy for team members where insurance premium is borne by the Company, Medical reimbursements structured in line with respective grades.
